Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and, optionally, name and profile photo.
• Profile and health data you provide: weight, height, age/date of birth, sex, activity level, goals, reported health conditions and menstrual cycle data.
• App usage data: fasting sessions, logged meals, food photos, label scans, glasses of water and weight logged over time.
• Content you post: posts, comments and reactions in the community, and your conversations with the AI coach.

We do not collect health data from third parties or data from children under 16.

2. Where it is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase (database and file storage), our infrastructure provider, with access restricted by row-level security rules: each user can only read and write their own data, except for content you voluntarily post in the community.

3. What we use it for

Only to make the app work: calculating your fasting plan and your nutrition goals, showing your progress, personalizing recommendations and enabling the community feature.

We never sell your data, we do not share it with data brokers and we do not use it for advertising or ad profiling.

4. Artificial intelligence features

Three features use an external language model provider to process your content: food photo analysis, the nutrition label scanner and the AI coach. When you use them, the relevant content (the photo or text you send and a summary of your recent app data needed to answer) is sent to the model provider to generate the response. That content is not used to identify you publicly or for advertising. If you prefer not to share that information, simply don't use those features; the rest of the app remains available.

5. Retention and deleting your account

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all your associated data from the app itself in Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and erases your profile, your fasting logs, meals, photos, weight, cycle data and posts. You can also write to us to request deletion.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
