1. Health notice

FFY is a wellness and general information tool. It is not a medical service and does not replace the advice of a health professional. Intermittent fasting is not right for everyone: talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or low blood pressure, or take medication.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens in it.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post illegal, offensive, harassing or misleading content.
• Do not promote dangerous eating behaviors or unqualified medical advice.
• Do not try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report inappropriate content by writing to us and we will review it within 24 hours.

4. AI-generated content

Nutrition estimates, photo analysis and AI coach answers are automatic approximations and may contain errors. Check them before making important health decisions.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store it and display it within the app in order to provide the service to you (for example, to show your post in the community).

6. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or from decisions made based on its content.
